SPECIFICATIONS (TASKS) AND TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY

In the beginning, we will specify the technical specification (input) and your requirements for the order. If necessary, we will develop a feasibility and implementation study, market research, elaboration of basic technical conditions for development.

3D MODEL AND STRESS CALCULATIONS

For your product or device we will develop a technical project, including a 3D CAD model. We process calculations and analysis including MKP / FEM stress calculations. We also perform static strength calculations separately according to customer needs.

Drawing documentation

The KWD design team will develop (elaborate) the necessary design and technical documentation for the project. Drawing documentation will be created in Solid Works and AutoCAD programs.

PRODUCTION AND MODEL TESTS

Collaborate with us and we will provide you with the project to ensure the production of a functional model or prototype turnkey. Simultaneously, we will test the functional model or prototype and verify compliance with the basic technical conditions in accordance with the specifications.

PRODUCT TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

In order for the production process to proceed smoothly, we create Technical Documentation. This documentation may include operating instructions, spare parts catalogs, technical support for the manufacturing process, or documentation according to your individual requirements.

Firstly, in its start-up, compliance with standards, compliance with the quality of production, safety, etc. We will provide technical assistance for product introduction and technical assistance for homologation in the Government Testing Institute.
